Great place to stay when visiting Matsumoto.

The public bath area felt quite cramped during peak hours, which limited relaxation opportunities. Additionally, the pillows were too firm for my comfort, making sleep less than ideal. There were moments when staff interactions felt a bit impersonal, which detracted from the overall experience.

The rooms here are spacious and super comfy. You can unwind in the relaxing massage chairs after a soak in the onsen. I especially loved the calming aroma in the public bath and the soothing ambiance it created. The carpets in the hallway could use a refresh, but it didn't take away from the overall joy of my stay! 🛁
